Having chosen and purchased all my own vehicles since I was 19 years old (I'm a 'girl' over 60 now) bringing in a whomping total of 15 cars in that time period. Chuck @ H & N Chev/Buick, you made this purchase the very best I've ever made. You made everything with the transaction go smoothly and handled it with great expertise. The car was spotless, freshly serviced, a full tank of gas (bonus!!), all functions of the vehicle were carefully explained and all the people in the office were very helpful, friendly and fun.
Your follow up calls to make sure everything went well were much appreciated. If you never sell another car, you've sold me on the great Customer Service you provided. Fabulous job - from the Manager of Administration in Customer Service at the largest railroad in the US. 5 Stars Chuck!

I was shopping for a car for my parents. Chuck responded to my internet query the next morning, and showed patience when it took us a few days to determine if this was in fact the best car for us. Once we agreed to a price, he arranged to deliver it to my parents, even though it was outside his typical delivery area. Chuck made buying the car a great experience. He treated us with honesty, courtesy, and respect. I would not hesitate to buy from him again.

My wife and I had been looking for a used suburban for a while. Upon being completely let down and frustrated by many dealers in the Twin Cities, we expanded our search to a farther distance. By doing so, we found the exact suburban we had been searching for. The problem was that it was located in Spencer, IA.5 hours away from us. Nevertheless, I inquired about the vehicle online and was immediately responded to by Chuck Rabel of H&N Chevy. Chuck was extremely responsive throughout the entire process whether it was by phone or email. Needless to say, we were still skeptical of transacting such a large purchase essentially online.
However, after Chuck went the extra mile to take close-up photos of the vehicle to ease our mind, we drove down a few days later to consummate the deal. As we had hoped, everything was exactly as we were promised. And at a time when it is all too rare in this world, it was refreshing to work with people who honor their word. Chuck and Karen Adams (the finance manager) exceeded our highest expectations. The icing on the cake was Chuck call the following morning to make sure we made it home safe, and that the suburban performed to our liking. While we are pleased with our new SUV, we were amazed by Chuck, Karen and H&N!! In fact, my wife and I agreed that the next GM vehicle we buy will be well worth a trip to Spencer, IA. In summary, you would be crazy not to call Chuck Rabel (even if he is 3.5 hours away from you)!!

H&N surpassed my car-buying expectations. The level of service, dedication,and friendlienss demonstrated was unexpected. I felt like top priority, even though I was buying an older used car. Responses to phone calls and emails were fast; they answered or looked into every question I had. Definitely an impressive dealership and a great atmosphere!
